Hi,
I have imported a very large Edge table with some duplicates. I know that gephi does not support duplicate lines and hence sums up the duplicate edges. What I want to know is will the statistics computed take into account the duplicate edges?
I appreciate any help

Re: Duplicate edges
Hi,
As duplicate edges are found, the weight of the edge is increased.
Statistics that take edge's weight into account are Weighted degree and Modularity and Pagerank with the use weights option checked.

Re: Duplicate edges
So does that mean that Gephi cannot accurately calculate in and out degree once duplicate edges have been combined and edge weights have been applied?
