[SOLVED] Suggested Time Value Scale?
I'm attempting to use the new spreadsheet format to import a dynamic network into Gephi 0.8 beta. I've just finished creating a node file with time intervals. I imported that into Gephi just to see if I could see the node presence modulate over time as the visualization progresses. The problem is th...

Re: Node Scaling
That makes perfect sence Elijah. Appreciate the clarification. It's a very reasonable default behavior. Hi Elijah, If I understand you correctly, you want to have fixed values in node size mapped directly to fixed values in the attributes. As I understand the current setup, that's not possible. Everything is relative to the range you have set. Not sure I'm following here. The reason I am confused is b...

[SOLVED] Node Scaling
Hello, I have a weighted graph in Gephi and I've been incrementally filtering out edges with weights less than some threshold. As I increase the threshold, I've been updating the node scaling to reflect the current degree of each node after thresholding. My initial expectation was to see all of the ...

Local Whole Import of Neo4j Graph
Hi All, Today I populated a neo4j DB and attempted a local whole import of that DB into Gephi. I got the following nested exception. Any thoughts on what this might imply and how to get around it? Cheers, Chris java.nio.channels.OverlappingFileLockException at sun.nio.ch.FileChannelImpl$SharedFileLo...
