Re: Can't free memory after using the Gephi Toolkit
Ok, thanks! Will the next toolkit version be launched at the same time as the Gephi new one (whose beta test just started)?

Re: Can't free memory after using the Gephi Toolkit
Hi all, just to clarify: I am using Ubuntu 10.04 32b, Gephi Toolkit 8.5 and 1.6.0_20 server Hotspot JVM (parameters -Xmx1512m -Xms1512m -XX:+UseParallelGC -XX:+UseParallelOldGC -XX:ParallelGCThreads=4 -XX:ThreadStackSize=64 -XX:+UseBiasedLocking -XX:MaxPermSize=1g -Djava.awt.headless=true). By using...

Re: Can't free memory after using the Gephi Toolkit
Hi all, same problem here... I am running a similar version of gephiUser22 code and, after generating about 800 gexf files, I got an error "Exception in thread "main" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create new native thread", which makes me think that the toolkit references are not being relea...

[SOLVED] Gexf export: color problem
Hi all, I am exporting a graph to Gexf, and everything is fine except for node colors... When I try: node1.getNodeData().setColor(255.0f, 0.0f, 0.0f); node1.getNodeData().setAlpha(1.0f); the result on Gexf is: <viz:color r="65025" g="0" b="0"/> Which seems correct to me... but when I try to read the...

ForceAtlas2 generates different result on toolkit [SOLVED]
The problem was not calling initAlgo. This thread (http://forum.gephi.org/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=1728) has an example of the correct source.

Re: ForceAtlas2 layout generates different result on toolkit
I used the packaged version (gephi-toolkit-0.8.2497-all.zip), but I´ll give it a try with the latest sources too... The filtering code is simply a DegreeRange filter: // Filter DegreeRangeFilter degreeFilter = new DegreeRangeFilter(); degreeFilter.init(graph); // Remove nodes with degree < 30 degree...

AttributeModel/AttributeColumn/AttributeRow newbie question
Hi all, how to get the values from a specific column on the AttributeModel.nodeTable? I got the AttributeColumn from the model correctly, but don't know how to get its values... AttributeModel attributeModel = Lookup.getDefault().lookup(AttributeController.class).getModel(); AttributeColumn strongly...

Re: ForceAtlas2 layout generates different result on toolkit
Hello Eduardo, I was really doing something wrong: the filter by degree range on the platform was from 30 to 46 and from 0 to 30 on the toolkit example. But I reexported the graph from the platform with the correct filter range and the files are still pretty different, including the number of nodes ...
