Local Whole Import of Neo4j Graph

Hi All,

Today I populated a neo4j DB and attempted a local whole import of that DB into Gephi. I got the following nested exception. Any thoughts on what this might imply and how to get around it?

This particular problem seems like you have (or Neo4j) created a lock and it was not released. I am not sure if this was cause by Gephi code or Neo4j itself, but as I was testing local databases, I have never got such a problem. I will ask Neo4j guys.

Maybe there is a lock file in the database directory which you can remove, but this is just a guess.
