Many bugs (or details) about window menu

1) Some items have no icon (Context, Graph, Hierarchy)

2)Some window can be open but they have no tab on the top => so no title to indicate the name of the window, and no close "cross" button. (But it stays possible to close them by Window menu > close window)
(at least properties, favorites, timeline)

3) It is possible to open the window "preview setting" in overview. I do not know if it is normal or not.

4) In timeline, click on the button 'setting' do nothing. (And the first letter should be in upper case ;D)

5) In Context window, label color for the chart are not optimum if the context window is small
