Not directly by Gephi, you will need to get the data yourself with some code.

I got a .csv file (as attachment) which contains Instagram posts extracted by Netlytic. Do you think I can use it for building hashtag co-occurrence network in Gephi, or I need additional codes for data-cleaning beforehand (e.g. extracting all hashtags from these posts)? Many thanks.

You could reformat your columns to define relationshipts (source + target) as explained here: https://gephi.org/users/supported-graph ... readsheet/
