Problem with Geo Plugins

Hello, I'm working on a set of nodes and the relative edges that I have to map. I have two different problems!
1.
I'm using Gephi 0.9.1, I have installed GeoLayout plugin. I have tried to us it but It doesn't work. In other words, when I click on "RUN" all nodes and edge don't move from their positions. The layout of the net doesn't modify.
I have set up node table in this manner (see image).

2.
I have tried to use also EXPORT TO EARTH, but when I try to export to KMZ file appear this error (see image).

I have spent a lot of time to geocode nodes, and finally It doesn't work :(

May someone help me please?
