Gephi for graphing social support tiers

Hi all,
Would Gephi be able to graph multiple social networks that are defined by categories and not specific people? I have data on 300 survey participants who ranked their social support tiers (1-9) by categories (friends, family, partner). So they would map out who they would turn to first by tiers. I was hoping to have a graph where I could weight tier 1 responses as larger nodes and tier 9 responses as small. Then, I would organize each node group by category (a friend section, a family, etc.). Finally, each node for each respondent would be linked together with a line, to demonstrate their social network. Apologize if this does not make sense, it is difficult to put into words. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
Jon

Thanks eduramiba, just sent in my request. It may be that I just need to find a different software program. Too bad, because what Gephi can do seems pretty amazing.
