graph disappears after importing csv node table!

I read this happened also to other users.. Hope in the meanwhile someone formulated a good way to fix the problem..
I imported a new workspace via csv importer, the procedure goes well, but the graph completely disappears!
I don't know if this is a software bug, or if there is a way to re-assign the new workspace to the graph..
please help!
