Can't access/update to 3rd party plugin

hello,

when i try to update the list of third party plugins, gephi tells me it can't access URL http://gephi.org/updates/thirdparty/0.8.2/catalog.xml due to a proxy problem. i don't use a proxy, and "no proxy" is selected in gephi's configuration. i've tried from two different computers, same result.

did i miss something?
