analyst needed for network-based microfinance project

We seek an analyst for a year-old microfinance pilot in the Philippines, with 3000 borrowers and 100k+ transactions in our database.

Our aim is to reduce transaction costs for microfinance using sms and electronic payments, and maintain high repayment rates by collateralising existing social ties.

The position requires basic knowledge (more advanced preferred) of gephi and proficiency in the analysis of network data, preferably social. Compensation will be at an hourly rate - I'm not sure what the going rates are, but we will be competitive.
