Say I cluster a network. Now I want the average within cluster distance. (i.e, how tightly connected is each clusters?)
How can I get metrics about my clusters?
(The motivation behind wanting these statistics is to know whether or not my clustering is reasonable and to have a better idea what resolution to use when I run modularity)
Can Gephi return statistics about clusters?
