Hi
When running "modularity" in Gephi is it possible to compare with a null model (a lot of iterations of random generated graphs) to see if the identified modules are significant different from random?
Best,

Maybe you can run comparison with randomly generated graph, available in Gephi (File > Generate > Random Graph).
To generate similar number of edges you can adjust the "wiring probability"
