Total vs. Partial Network Calculations

I have a large employee/leader network comprised of 4 organizations.

After I import the full network, can I have Gephi selectively choose each organization and run density, centrality, clustering, etc. of each organization or do I need 4 separate graphs to run the calculations on each organization?
