Is the MCL clustering working in Gephi? Although, I can see it under Clustering, the "Run"option seems disabled.

I'm not sure it's working, as it was an experimental work and not enough tested. The implementation is also not optimized at all. We are looking for some help on this side, as its an end-feature and I prefer to work on the core and fix remaining bugs.
To have the Run option enabled, open the "Clustering" window before opening a file or creating a new project.
