Computing statistics for multiple datasets

Hi,

preparing data for econometric model I want to compute network statistics for hundreds of networks in .gml files. Could you please advise me on the way to do it effectively? Is there any way to do it automatically using Gephi?

You should take look at the Gephi toolkit
