Hi all,
I have been using Gephi for two months now. I use version 0.9.1 in Mac.
A couple of weeks ago I installed some layouts (all those that were available) and ever since graph exports are not displaying correctly. Even though I can see the nodes in the pre-visualization window, once I export a PDF or a SVG they do not appear. Weirdly they do appear in the PNG figure, but graph resolution is very low in this format.
Does anybody has any idea of what happened? Or how can I re-install gephi without all the layouts I installed?
