Using variable edge width to visualize directionality

I want to substitute arrows on edges by edge width to visualize directionality.

"By tapering the line, starting thicker and ending thinner, every point on the line could imply directionality."

Are there settings and/or plugins to achieve this?

Hi,
Currently there is no plugin for that, but it could be done as a preview renderer plugin http://wiki.gephi.org/index.php/HowTo_w ... w_renderer
