Filter UI drag and drop vs. typing

I am working on a graph with degree ranging from 1 ~ 700. I wish to filter out all nodes with degree < 4, but with the "Degree Range Settings"- drag and drop bar, this is not a simple task. In the "Queries" window I can click in to the "Parameter" section of the degree range and see the numeric rane. I would intuitively think that I could change the range by clicking and writing in my disired range, but this is not possible.

Is there any solution to this as my clumsy fingers are not able to hit my ideal range (and the coffee is not helping)?

IN ADDITION:

Some times I am able to click the drag bar line itself and use the arrow buttons to move the minimum value, but this is only possible every now and then it seems.
