Hi!
I have a graph where nodes are colored based on nodetypes and I know that there is an option to color edges based on what color node they are coming from, but is it possible to color the edges based on the color of the target nodes?

Yes you can change the edge coloring in Preview. Look at the list of properties and click on "edge color". Change it to target.
