Graph windows

Hello,
I'm new in Gephi , I've installed the version 9.2.0 (windows 10) , but there is no window for Graph in windows menu.
Could you please help me ?

Also I can not change the language after reinstallation. there is no menu for change the language !!

Language is changed in Tools menu, later try to reset windows.

I did reset windows , but stillthere is no Graph window !
In Tools there is two menu , I couldn't find the language !

Your installation seems to be really broken. Please remove Gephi, delete your whole Gephi user directory (
https://github.com/gephi/gephi/wiki/Troubleshooting) and install again.
