Stumped
Gephi was working OK on my MAC. Then it hung and after reboot, although Gephi starts, it will not load any file - not even a CSV. I get
WARNING
java.lang.NullPointerException
I've tried reinstalling Java and Gephi but with no joy and I'm halfway through a project.
Java version is:
elraidor$ java -version
java version "1.6.0_51"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_51-b11-457-11M4509)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.51-b01-457, mixed mode)
Any ideas on how I troubleshoot this? Is there a log file somewhere?

Found a fix
Delete the user folder - but it won't be visible in Finder until you open a terminal and enter
chflags nohidden ~/Library/

Then navigate to /Library/Application Support/ and delete the gephi folder and all folders underneath.
Restart gephi - worked, thank goodness - deadline looming!!
