Species abundance and environmental parameters

Hi,

I'm rather new to gephi and network analysis. I want to construct a network with dominant bacterial OTUs and environmental parameters. Does my csv file have to contain all the data (OTUs and environmental parameters), or do I have to import each excel spreadsheet separately (in this case do my OTUs represent nodes and environmental parameters the edges?).

Hi,

You can import as many nodes and edges spreadshees as you need for the same project.
But you always need to separate nodes and edges in different spreadsheets.
