Repeated Column Names

I'm unable to import a csv file because I keep receiving the "file can't have repeated column names" -- even though there are no repeated column names in my spreadsheet. This seems like a bug in 9.1, as I haven't had this issue before. Any ideas?

Re: Repeated Column Names
Make sure your header row does not have repeated values. Also, make sure excel didn't mess up the CSV file by placing a lot of empty cells in all the rows.
