Ecological Data

Hi,

I have an ecological data and I want to compare the similarity among 3 areas in mercury pollution district.

here are the examples :
1. area of Simba, 22 points
2. area of Pelangan, 26 points
3. area of Selodong, 21 points

But, it has a different value in each point of 3 areas. Can I still use the Gephi for analysis the data? I want to see the similarity and the clustering from that areas.

I have 3 areas of data sampling for abundance of ground vegetation.
There are 22 plots in area 1 and consist of about 15 species.
there are 26 plots in area 2 and consist of about 27 species
and there are 21 plots in area 3 and consist of about 30 species'
How does to make the data in excel sheet if I wish to compare 3 areas directly?

Hi,
Do you have relationships betwen the species?
That would make the edges and allow you to analyse the data as a network.
