affiliation graphs

Hi,
Simple case:
20 committees with 10-30 members from various organizations at different working levels. Is there something in Gephi that will help me visualize the affiliations for different people/organizations/levels?

Would this be called an affiliation graph? Is there software out there that can generate web visualizations, and maybe rotate through different perspectives-committees/members/organizations/levels?
Could it be driven from a xls workbook?

Thanks in advance for any help or guidance to the right tool for me.
