Setting XYZ Coordinates

Hi

I am trying to find a plugin(s) to visualise nodes in 3D space (ie. with an XYZ coordinate).

I have downloaded the Geo Layout (X and Y), but this does not have a Z.

I have also downloaded the Isometric Layout and Network Splitter 3D Layouts, but these do not allow setting X,Y coordinates (or at least I can't work out how to make these work).

Could anyone assist me please?

Edit: Network Splitter seems to automatically assign my Z coordinates to a certain Z plane rather than my actual plane. I am not sure if that is because of the 2D visualisation limitations or not....
