Sorted Grid Layout using data in a node column

Hi All,
I'm new to Gephi and was wondering if there is any way to organize a network into a sorted grid layout (like shown in a developer plugin here: https://gephi.org/2012/introducing-the- ... -bootcamp/) using data in a node column. I'm trying to sort a network of around 300 nodes into a square grid using a column with 'date created' information. The goal is to have the network sorted chronologically into a grid from top left to bottom right.
