3D Layered Model (by Attribute)

Hi All,

I've noticed the following "Experimental Layout" as developed by Mathieu Jacomy in 2009 (https://gephi.org/2009/experimental-silo-algorithm/), which layers nodes by an attribute (e.g. Month in this case) in 3D. Do you know if this layout exists somewhere as a plugin? Or if there is something simlar that operates in 3D like this? I have found the "Layered Layout" Plugin but need more of a stacked 3D version of this.

Appreciate any help.
