How to animate dynamic files

I would like to know how to animate dynamic files.
I opened timeline window
and clicked "enable timeline"
and clicked "play" button with triangle icon.
and nothing happens.
I cannot animate dynamic files.
How can I animate them?
Are there any help files to teach me how to animate dynamic files?

I tried some sample dynamic files
For example
