[SOLVED] Dynamically updates nodes and edges?

I have a java code to generate gexf file for gephi application to read in. But I would like gephi to dynamically updates nodes and edges if a new nodes or edges exist. Is there a possibility to do this? Or make gephi to read the gexf every few seconds?
