DNF - New File Format for dynamics

Hi everybody,

My research group and I are working on a new file format to represent Dynamic Networks and a plugin to import it into Gephi.

We have a real social graph where we're testing everything, and on that graph we're also testing our new file format. Our graph represented by GEXF format is large about 46MB, whereas the same graph represented by our format is large about 2 MB.
