Hi, I stumbled upon a ticket in the NetworkX trac for implementing GEXF file format in NetworkX. Needless to say that would be very valuable for interoperability between tools.
Sebastien could you please answer to their questions?

hi guys,
I just replied their thread.
NetworkX looks like a nice python lib dealing with graph.
merging pygexf in this project could be valuable indeed.
Will see what can be done.
