0.7 beta Vs 0.7 alpha
I have also noticed that when I try to open the old project files (alpha version) and try to preview them, it is throwing up an error. Below is the stack trace. I am also unable to export the pdf. The pdf file is created but it is blank. java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: negative width at java.awt...

Re: NodeOverlap tooltip is missing
At the outset, the beta version is ultracool, especially the data lab! VERY USEFUL! I was checking the layouts and noticed that the "no overlap" layout (which was very useful along with the label adjust) is missing. I updated all the plug-ins but still don't see it.
Thanks
Anil

sorting Data Table - bug?
I have noticed a strange behavior when trying to sort the data table (nodes table). It sorts correctly for the first and second time (ascending or descending) but when I click the third time, it doesn't sort correctly. Fourth time, it sorts correctly.

Re: Data Table
An export option for the data table would be very useful. Currently, I can copy and paste them in excel or as tab-delimited file but that doesn't include the headers which need to be manually entered in the copied file. So, the ability to download the data file with column headers would be quite use...

Re: Using Gephi from webapp?
Thanks Alexis! The GexfWalker was a huge help!!! One question though: The labels seem to be always proportional to the node size even if in Gephi I changed that option and saved the gexf file. As a result the labels are all overwritten. Is there a way I can either selectively disable this option or ...

MCL clustering
Is the MCL clustering working in Gephi? Although, I can see it under Clustering, the "Run"option seems disabled.

Re: Labeling selective nodes
Thanks Mathieu. But this works only in the Graph panel (which is good for browsing) and not in the preview. I was wondering if there was a way I can label a bunch of select nodes which are viewable in the preview and therefore will be part of the exported image.

[SOLVED] Labeling selective nodes
Is there a way by which I can display labels of only select nodes? I am thinking probably there is thru the filters option but I couldn't figure it out. Even if is there, I wanted to know if there's a way I can by-pass the filter selected nodes. In other words, if there's an "important" node in my g...

Re: Changing node shapes
Thanks. But what I meant was having different shapes in the same network. For instance, if the network has microRNA and genes or disease and genes, the ability to used different shapes for different categories/classes of nodes would make graph more intuitive. I tried using the GML file exported from...
