Right,
I understood that you wanted to append 50 existing gexf files to create one.
But if you are creating the files, make a single dynamic gexf file. http://gexf.net/format/dynamics.html

Re: Import with several static files at one time
Hi,
There is not option for that.
But if you know some programming, you could automate it with the toolkit http://gephi.org/toolkit and export the resulting file.

Hi,
That behaviour is normal, the mouse selection only selects a node while it is over the node.

Hi, New release Gephi 0.8.1 beta includes the renderer manager. It appears in preview when any plugin is installed. There you can play with it and see where your renderer is actually positioned and move it. Also please look at new Renderer class documentation http://gephi.org/docs/api/org/gephi/prev...

Re: Legend Module
Hi, Yes, that is the basic idea. Re: Edge Coloring and Style
Hi, You can define edge colors with gexf format (see page 22 of http://gexf.net/1.2draft/gexf-12draft-primer.pdf). If you use it in preview, remember to set edges color to original. However you can't with the GUI, but it should be possible in the edit window just like it is done with nodes. I though...

Re: Are there any demos that show interaction?
Hi,
Did you try the Gephi desktop application? http://gephi.org/users/download/
I don't know your needs, but you might only need to use it, or just create a plugin for it http://wiki.gephi.org/index.php/Plugins_portal

Hi, I think you are missing the call to previewController.refreshPreview(); This full example works for me: public void script() { Filtering filtering=new Filtering(); filtering.script(); //Preview configuration PreviewController previewController = Lookup.getDefault().lookup(PreviewController.class...
