You can update the drivers of your graphic card, or shift to a computer with a better (higher quality) graphic card. Middle range computers should do.

Re: FAQs for Gephi is disppear
Thank you! Gephi.org migrated recently to github pages, which explains the issue. I reported the problem.

Re: 3D layout where each edge has the same length (or close)
Hi, AFAIK this feature does not exist. A plugin would need to be written to deploy it. This said, I guess that the dimensions of a graph make it an impossible thing to draw a network where all edges would be of the same length: respecting this constraint for some edges would break the rule for other...

Re: Java 8 support
There is an issue with Mac Maverick and java 7 already. Gephi 0.9 will solve that but in the meantime please follow these instructions:

Re: How to input, format data about people and companies
Hi, I think you'll need Python, R or Java to manage your workflow. Basically, you could: - host your data about nodes and relationships in a database, Excel file or else. Don't forget to add timestamps (date of creation, date of deletion) to your data structure. - use a scripting language such as Py...

Re: change colour of links/ties over time
Hi, I don't think color attributes can be set dynamically in a gexf file, which is the standard format in gephi to represent dynamic networks. Only the weight (thickness) of the edge can be set to evolve in time intervals. If you see dynamic networks in Gephi with changing colors of edges and nodes,...
