Hi,
I could import the file without any problem (see screenshot). Did that by just importing the file through the datalab ("import spreadsheet"), without changing any parameter. The problem might lay in a line below in your file?

Re: importing edge list csv - how do I get node labels?
Hi, - There is no label because you don't define labels. In the nodes table, just select "copy column" and copy ids to labels. - In the simple example you show, betweenness centrality is 0 for all nodes because this is a triangle: no node is on the the shortest past from one node to another. I hope ...

Hi,
Can you post a sample of your csv so that we can have a look? It might be a simple spelling mistake in the header, for example.
Best,
Clement

Re: DynamicProcessor remove edge attributes
Hi, Ok I searched again and actually I developed a plugin (for bibliometric services) which is not released yet but available in open source. It includes a method creating a dynamic attribute ("freq") for nodes of an existing graph: https://github.com/seinecle/My-Plugins-for-Gephi/blob/master/Scient...

Re: DynamicProcessor remove edge attributes
Hi,
In my personal experience I prefer to work with gexf4J to write / update dynamic gexf files:
https://github.com/francesco-ficarola/gexf4j
I agree that if it might not be practical if, in your code logic, you are required to manipulate the graph from the Gephi Toolkit API...

Re: How do I export a graph attribute to a GEXF file?
Hi,
Seems like the new attribute column is not added to the graph model.
I'd look at these code samples for alternative ways:

Re: I can't see graph
Hi,
It seems that the "Graph window" (the one tha should appear at the center) is closed - that happens sometimes. Go to the menu, select "Window" and "Graph". Hopefully this will fix your problem.
Best,
Clement

Re: Source, Target columns don't activate when importing CSV
Hi, The nodes file imports alright. In your edges file there is the same edge (1-> 2) repeated many times. Only one will be considered. Also, you give them an "Id" attribute which should take unique values, but here there are just two (H and M). This needs to be fixed to insure a smooth import. Then...
