Re: Force Atlas 2
I don't think Label Adjust works in Toolkit because it only works with the Overview (Visualization API?) with the labels turned on. As for FA2, something like this will work: ForceAtlas2 layout = new ForceAtlas2(new ForceAtlas2Builder()); layout.setEdgeWeightInfluence(new Double(0.0)); layout.setLin...

Re: Erdos Number of a Group?
SOCNET had a few solutions, I think the best for Gephi users was to collapse the nodes into a single node based on category and then run analytics against that grouped node. I ended up writing a script that assigned the categorical members a value of 0 and then anyone connected to them that wasn't a...

Re: Erdos Number of a Group?
But what I want to do is calculate the distance to a class of nodes and not just a single node. Let's say I have a network of people and some of those people are "Engineers", I want to get an Engineer Number for the entire network, so someone who was an Engineer would be 0, someone who was a friend ...

Re: Show/Hide Individual Nodel Labels
Hi Florian, Hiding and showing labels is currently only accomplished by Filtering the graph and then clicking the label button (three buttons to the right of "Reset", it looks like the letter "A" with an arrow next to it). Clicking this button will make only the displayed nodes have labels. You can ...

Erdos Number of a Group?
I've tagged a small subset of the graph as having a particular attribute and now I'd like to see how far the rest of the graph is from that entire subset. Is there a way to do this easily or is this something I'll need to build?

[SOLVED] Manually Edit Filter Parameters
I find myself in the unenviable position of wanting to only show six modularity classes out of ~3000. If I could just type the numbers into the array value, it would be easier than hunting down the list. It would also be nice to be able to sort that list. Can I get the same effect by chaining UNION ...

Re: Absolute Value in Visual Controls?
I know it's not optimal but you could filter the edge range to only show the negative values and color and weigh them appropriately and then filter the positive values and do those using a different method.

Some Kind of Citation Feature
The various layouts and statistics provide citation information as part of their description, but I think it would be best to formalize this process somehow--perhaps even with the export functions, so that along with a beautiful graph, it also exports the citations for the various algorithms and lay...
