Re: RDF Plugin
I don't think so, I think somebody needs to write a good SPARQL spigot.

Re: TubeMap Layout
Thanks, Mathieu, I'll give that a go. I've obviously cribbed quite a bit from the Heatmap tool, so I should be able to follow from that.

TubeMap Layout
I just finished my first layout, which I'm calling TubeMap. It lays out the network by network distance from a designated node. There's a long-winded explanation with examples here: https://dhs.stanford.edu/spatial-humanities/visualization-of-network-distance/ You can find the NBM here: https://dhs....

Re: Facebook is Small World?
I think we should develop a Whateverness Centrality measure...
I'd love to hear more about metrics we do and don't trust, especially from the network scientists.

[SOLVED] Settle all visible nodes
I'd appreciate it if someone could post a code snippet demonstrating how to fix node positions for an entire visible graph.

Re: Suggested Time Value Scale?
Sorry to be pedantic, but I'm not in a place to test this and I want to make sure I understand correctly, is it possible for me to pull this in from a database field formatted like that? If so, what variable type does the field need?

Re: Suggested Time Value Scale?
Eduardo, would that work with multiple blocks? For instance, if I have a link that is active in January and February and active again in July and August, could I write <[1,2],[7,8]> or do I need to write something that produces a custom GEXF, which is the only way I thought it was possible to have t...

Re: Suggested Time Value Scale?
The time intervals need to be transformed using the Merge Column function:

Re: Does Eigenvector Centrality account for Weighted Edges?
I couldn't tell you more about it than the reference when you run it and what you'd find by reading the source code. I'm sure some of the network scientists that mill about this place could give you a decent answer...
