I'll try it out!

Edge weight based on in-degree
Hi!
Is there any function in Gephi that allows you to set the edge weight based on the source nodes in-degree?
I.e. I would like for nodes with a high in-degree to have higher weighted edges when they are the source node.
Thanks!

Adding degree column for all nodes in Data Laboratory
Hi!
I want to include a column with the in-degree for each node to my Data Laboratory. Is there a simple way for doing this?
Thanks.

Re: Edge size uneven
I checked to see if this could be the case, and no, this happens with unique edges as well.eduramiba wrote:Hi,
Is it possible that you have duplicated edges and their weight is being summed?

Edge size uneven
Hi! Im working with a graph where the edges should be weighted equally, in other words I want the edges to have the same size. So while in the Data Laboratory I set the value for Weight to be 1 in the whole column. But when I enter the Overview there are still different sizes to the edges, the scale...

Re: Filter UI drag and drop vs. typing
IN ADDITION:
Some times I am able to click the drag bar line itself and use the arrow buttons to move the minimum value, but this is only possible every now and then it seems.

Filter UI drag and drop vs. typing
I am working on a graph with degree ranging from 1 ~ 700. I wish to filter out all nodes with degree < 4, but with the "Degree Range Settings"- drag and drop bar, this is not a simple task. In the "Queries" window I can click in to the "Parameter" section of the degree range and see the numeric rane...

Re: "Refresh" or "Clear" button in Overview
It seems like if you recalculate the modularity the used color palettes act "taken", so you have to assign colors manually. So I guess it works, just a little inconvenient.
