Gephi & OpenGL

Hey all!

When I installed Gephi 0.8.2 on my server I got this message (included GPU) :

Code: Select all

Is my GPU just too bad or is there something I can do to fix this?

Thanks!

Filter based on labels

Hello! I have a big network similar to the following: Source , Destination , Label 11.5.209.1/00 , 6.202.48.5/22 , home1 18.4.629.6/01 , 1.102.58.6/11 , home2 18.4.229.6/21 , 11.12.548.6/1 , home1 is there any way to create subgraphs by filtering based on the "Label"? So for example, in my code exam...

Re: Invisible Nodes with Gephi Toolkit 0.9.1

Today I had a relatively similar issue, using 0.8.2 though

my workaround was installing an older version of java, other than that I have no idea :(

Re: Is Gephi right for me?

yep! 80 million is insane I got it down to 5 million, sorry for the noob question. But with 5 million, is there any possible way to have interactions with Gephi? Or will it explode the machine. Also any recommendations in general for handling around 5 million, if it is possible? Thank you very much ...

Is Gephi right for me?

Hello! Don't laugh at me if this is unrealistic! :D I have a very big .CSV file (80+ million) that I need to visualize. I thought Gephi might be the right tool for the job. The data is very simple, it has two columns of information that is set up like: (source (edge) | connecting end (node?)) For ex...
