You should put this line to make it work :
container.setEdgeDefault(EdgeDefault.UNDIRECTED);

Re: problem in importing a .net file
Your problem is very simple actually. See at the end of the file there are multiple "\n" like word wrap. You should remove them with a file editor like NotePad and try to open it again in Gephi. Now it should be working =)
I have attached the file if you are a bit lazy to remove those lines.

Re: Cancelation of the last action
Yep Gephi is still in its infancy, hope they will develop such a function.

I believe we cannot for the moment but you can save your work at any time so make copies of it.

Open the file with NotePad then see how it has to be written : https://gephi.org/users/supported-graph ... df-format/

Re: Keep colouring based on modularity class constant over t
I do not think that you can fix these parameters. Whenever you will use the modularity algorithm, it will automatically generates new colors and partitions since it depends of the attribute values set in datalab view and has a randomizeColor function.

Re: [TODO] Selectable multiple attributes/colour per node
Hi, I have integrated this plugin into my project and have created and filled the column "colourList". Thing is, the colors I have set are not the one printed out on the visualization. Just look at those pictures. See they are not the same. Reading the code I thought nodes would get colored accordin...

Re: Generating my own partition graph
Well I have found the solution. I had to set an attribute for each node depending on the community they belong to (node 3 -> idcommunity 42; for example) , then press the actualize button in Partion tab, and now I could group the nodes and have access to the partition graph.
Thank you
Thank you

Re: Generating my own partition graph
Thank you for your answer. Actually, I have my own kind of modularity algorithm that cut my nodes into some communities. I managed to generate a graph and color all the nodes depending of the communities they belong to. What I want to achieve is to push the button actualize under Partition tab to ge...
