You can save the network in Pajek net format and use Pajek to do it:

Re: Gephi is dropping Edges when I import from CSV file.
Several times I compared results obtained by Gephi with other network software. And I found out that results of Gephi are different from results obtained by Ucinet, Visone or Pajek. But I was not able to found out what is the reason - networks are larger so I could not see from the picture that some...

Re: How to use different node symbols?
By providing the two links I wanted to draw your attention on difference between symbols and shapes. What you call symbols are actually shapes in Pajek (like ellipse, box, triangle, diamond, man, woman, house,....). This is explained in the first link I have provided: http://mrvar.fdv.uni-lj.si/pajek...

Re: How to use different node symbols?
What do you mean by node symbols, something like that:

or something like that:

Re: Gephi Doesn't Run
I was informed by a friend to look at the Gephi page a long time ago (I think in 2007 or 2008). What did I notice first? At that time the main Gephi page had a big black obituary in the middle saying: GEPHI WILL MAKE PAJEK DIE!!! I am always impressed how situation in real life usually turns i...

...Could you indicate me the sequence of commands to realise in Pajek to obtain this result? Network/Create Partition/Communities/Louvain Method/Multi-Level Coarsening + Multi-Level Refinement You can also check the Pajek mailing list for additional information or: http://mrvar.fdv.uni-lj.si/pajek/c...

Re: Trusting Gephi results
Hello! Thanks for explanation. Nevertheless I think it is better to get higher modularity. Just one short question more: ... haha, UCINET uses the source code of Pajek, so it's a clear tautology What does it mean, as far as I know source code of Pajek is not available for free, so I doubt that Ucine...

Trusting Gephi results
This is a message that I want to send for quite some time now. Gephi is a wonderful tool for visualizing networks. Probably better than any other software. Thank you for doing it. The only problem is speed with larger networks but that is another story. But when doing analysis there are problems: 1....

Re: discrepancies between methods of data importation
Thanks for providing your data. This is a nice example with clear modularity structure. .....(modularity of 0.529 versus 0.536 .....This is really very intriguing to me I am even more worried since both of of your results reported are wrong - too low. I checked modularity with Pajek - the right modu...
