I have the same issue. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Grouped node statistics
Hi there, I'm trying to create community to community network from existing discovered partitions. My question is, after grouping nodes that belong to the same partitions into "superNodes", how to find out how many nodes that actually resides within the superNodes? Is there a way to calculate and st...

calculation difference between two modularity measure
I've notice that when running modularity, the "modularity" score is constant (with score at 1.0) even when running at various level. The score of "modularity with resolution" however depends on the resolution level parameter. If the "modularity" score represent the density of edges within community ...

The randomness of the Modularity
Other software and algorithm utilize random number "seed" generator acquire random number each time algorithma initialize in order to ensure (or rather simulate) randomness. Does Gephi utilize random number generator when initializing the modularity algorithm? Since both Blondel community detection ...

Re: Null model / Random graph generating
Maybe you can run comparison with randomly generated graph, available in Gephi (File > Generate > Random Graph).
To generate similar number of edges you can adjust the "wiring probability"

Modularity Score
I read both paper by Blondel et al (2008) and Lambiotte et al (2009) and somehow still have a difficulty understanding the meaning behind the score of "modularity" and "modularity with resolution". Would somebody kindly explain what these score means? Do they have something to do with the quality of...

Hi there,
Is there a way to set the edge thickness by edge attribute?
