Re: Node size not mapping correctly...
More info.. and this makes it more difficult to understand what happened, but I switched to another metric, and switched back to page rank and then it mapped correctly... I wonder if it has something to do with that I have several workspaces (with the same node names), and maybe originally it was ta...

Node size not mapping correctly...
When I try to map, for instance, PageRank to node size, it gets the relative sizes MOSTLY right, but there are some that it does NOT get right (things with a higher value are a bit smaller than things with a lower value)... is this a known bug? For example, I have a node with a page rank of .0447 th...

Re: Screenshot tool
Thanks for the reply.. I think arrows on the curved edges would be useful, as it is not immediately intuitive to someone what the direction is. A good graph shouldn't require much explanation. I'll try messing with the transparency option. Thanks again!

Re: Screenshot tool
Also, on a similar note.. I like the graphs with curved lines in the "preview" window, but I need to have arrows on my lines as it is a directed graph (synaptic connectivity diagram). Are arrows going to be implemented for the curved lines? Or maybe there is a way to do it that has so far escaped me?

[SOLVED] Screenshot tool
I am trying to take a screenshot from the graph window using the "Take Screenshot" tool... the resulting png has colors that are wildly different from the colors in the window... is there anything I can do about this?

[SOLVED] Importing from MYSQL
I am trying to figure out how to import connectivity data from a MYSQL database. I am working on developing a synaptic wiring diagram for the brain of a nematode and all of the connectivity is stored in this database. I can successfully import nodes but when I try to import edges with: SELECT synaps...
