I have a quick question: I have a network I want to visualise using radial axis; when I group nodes according to degree I get axes but if I sort according to modularity I only get a circular layout and the axes disappear. I want my modules to be sorted as axes. Any idea how I can fix this?
Thanks

Making pdfs
Does anyone know if there is a way to make a pdf focused only on a particular cluster while all the other modules are greyed like can be done in the overview?
I ask because the pdf resolution is much higher and more figure-worthy than taking a snapshot of the actual gephi network as it is.
Thanks
