Hi, your files look fine.
Make sure you use Gephi 0.9.2, import the lat and long files as a numeric type (Double for example), and they are in degrees.
Then just apply geo layout (installed in Tools - Plugins).

Sorry, presets are not correctly implemented yet and they cannot be deleted from the application. You will need to delete your Gephi user directory: https://github.com/gephi/gephi/wiki/Troubleshooting

Is gephi correctly picking java 8? Did you try the software rendering? What driver and graphics card does your system report?

Yeah the warnings should not be a problem. But you should try to use Java 8, Java 9 or later is not supported yet.

Hi, Please try to delete gephi user directory https://github.com/gephi/gephi/wiki/Troubleshooting and restart. What does your exported graphml from gephi look like? It should be fine.

Just import an 'edges table' kind of CSV to gephi. That will create edges and its necessary nodes, then just export to graphml.
