Merging multiple edges - not duplicates
I have two nodes with three edges between them, all representing a different interaction. If I merge the nodes, and then colorize based on an attribute that was unique to each edge pre-merge, how does Gephi decide which of those attributes to preserve and therefore colorize by?

Edges table won't display all columns
The edges table in the Data Laboratory only shows some of my fields and I don't see a way to scroll to the right to view all of them. Even worse, when I click on the buttons at the bottom like "Clear column" or "Fill column with value", I cannot select the columns that do not appear in the table. Th...

Two nodes with different ids but same label are assigned same edges
I've run into an issue I am unable to solve. I have two nodes with the following ids id label 626 Eric robinson 627 Eric robinson These are, in fact, two different people. However, in the edges table, both Erics are assigned the same target id, 626, and threfore connections are being made that do no...

Adding new nodes and edges from a CSV
I created a network and realized I forgot a few nodes and their related edges. I don't want to create them manually - is there a way for me to import them using a CSV so that they will append to the data that already exists in my Data Laboratory?

Re: How to preserve both sets of node attributes when merging nodes?
I think I figured it out, thank you! I had my id column labeled as something else, so an id column was created on importing the edges file, messing up the source and target IDs.

Re: How to preserve both sets of node attributes when merging nodes?
It seems like the "join values with a separator" option does what I need, thank you. When I do this, though, I notice that not all of the edges are preserved. If I merge three duplicate nodes, ideally, all those edges remain after the merge. Right now, it seems only the edges of one of the duplicate...

How to preserve both sets of node attributes when merging nodes?
I am having a problem with duplicate nodes that aren't technically duplicates, because their attributes are different. For example, my node attributes are Label, DOB, Item Numbers. Node 1 and Node 2 have identical labels, but different Item Numbers. I want to concatenate the item numbers when I merg...
