I actually have the same needs, where I have positive and negative associations I would like to visualize. unfortunately I didn't find any way so far to implement that. Has anybody a solution about this?

Please excuse my ignorance, I am very new to Gephi and am still finding my way around. I would be most grateful if anyone is able to help me out!

I have a simple dataset which has two link types in it: 'Loves' and 'Hates'. I am looking for an algorithmic layout which will cluster the 'likes' together and repel the 'hates'.

Does anyone know if this can be done, and if so, how I would go about doing it?

This is a good proxy for the dataset that I have: http://mideasti.blogspot.co.uk/2013/08/ ... iddle.html

Very many thanks in advance for your help.

Kind Regards,

Tim.
